Privacy policy

What I collect
I collect only what you give in the contact form: name, email, company (optional), the service you're asking about and the text of your message.
This site uses no cookies and no other system that follows you between pages or between sites. That is why you will not find a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
I count visits anonymously and in aggregate: I know how many people came and to which pages, not who you are or what you did.
What I use it for
Only to answer your enquiry. I don't use your data for advertising, I don't combine it with other sources, and I don't sell or hand it to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long I keep it
The site stores no enquiries in any database. The message reaches my mailbox and stays there, for as long as the conversation lasts and at most two years.
If you ask me to delete it sooner, I do.
Third-party services
To deliver the emails I use an external service, which processes the message solely to get it to my mailbox.
If you book a call, the booking happens on an external calendar platform. Whatever you enter there is governed by that platform’s privacy policy, not by this one.
Visits are measured by Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregate data, without cookies.
These providers are located outside Argentina, so your data leaves the country when it passes through them.
If I add a conversational assistant in the future, I will update this policy before putting it into operation, stating what data it collects and what for.
Your rights
You can ask me for access to the data I hold about you, its correction, or its deletion. Write to jmujica@nidra.cloud and I will respond within the periods set by Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Act (Ley 25.326).
In Argentina, the supervisory authority for personal data is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
